Meeting of the WG on Women's Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality

The second meeting of the Working Group on Women’s Economic Empowerment and Gender Equality, organized by the Economic Council to the Prime Minister of Moldova, jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and UN Women Moldova, took place on 25 October.
According to the Agenda, three specific issues were addressed:
✅Updating the roadmap for women’s economic empowerment: new actions and priority directions.
✅Addressing the barriers and challenges hindering women’s economic activity in the view of the working group members.
✅Proposals and recommendations.
