Meeting of the WG of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity

On the 19^th of November 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of the Working Group of the State Commission for the Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity took place.

The meeting agenda included 5 topics to be examined, such as:

1. Draft Law amending the Customs Code no. 95/2021 (legislative initiative no. 320 of 08.11.2024).
2. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Methodology for calculating the cost of the integrated environmental authorization and the environmental authorization, the Nomenclature of services related to the issuance of the integrated environmental authorization and the environmental authorization and the amount of the tariffs for them.
3. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision for the approval of the Sanitary Regulation on Novel Foods.
4. Substantiation Note and the draft Government Decision on amending Government Decision No. 533/2011 on the approval of the List and tariffs of paid services in the field of public health provided to natural and legal persons.
5. Substantiation Note and draft the Law on the amendment of the Law no. 182/2019 on drinking water quality.
