📌On December 30, 2024, Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), chaired the meeting of Working Group 3 – Stimulating and Maintaining Private Investments, held within the framework of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister.
📑During the event, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization presented their vision on the draft Law on Entrepreneurship and Enterprises, which will establish an essential legislative framework regulating the fundamental principles governing entrepreneurial activities in the Republic of Moldova.
🤝FIA Moldova, together with its members, will actively contribute to the public consultation process related to this draft law, aiming to ensure legislation that supports the development of a sustainable business environment.
