The meeting of Working Group No. 24 “Justice, Freedom and Security” was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
The event aimed to assess the progress achieved in the implementation of Chapter 24 of the National Program for the Accession of the Republic of Moldova to the European Union for 2025–2029, approved by Government Decision No. 306/2025, as well as to review the implementation status of the Roadmap on the “Rule of Law” — a benchmark in the EU accession process, approved by Government Decision No. 275/2025.
FIA Moldova reiterates the importance of continuing justice sector reforms and strengthening the rule of law, priorities aligned with the recommendations outlined in the FIA White Book, aimed at improving the regulatory and institutional framework in line with the objectives of the Republic of Moldova’s accession process to the European Union. The Association was represented at the meeting by Inga Pascal, Project Manager.
