Free Movement of Workers – a topic of discussion within Working Group No. 2, coordinated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The goal of the meeting was to analyze the first draft of the negotiation position, focusing on the European Union acts in Chapter 2, which regulate the free movement of workers.
Inga Pascal, Project Manager at FIA Moldova, emphasized the importance of active participation and involvement of business associations in preparing negotiation positions on all aspects related to the labor market, which is essential to ensure that the negotiation positions reflect the realities of the labor market and the specific needs of employers.
FIA Moldova reaffirms its commitment to actively engage in working groups on negotiation chapters, thus contributing to the process of the Republic of Moldova’s accession to the European Union.
