On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the members of the National Platform for Public Procurement (PNAP) convened for a working meeting during which the Ministry of Finance presented the draft law on amendments to the legislation governing sectoral procurement. Additionally, the expert of the Association for Efficient and Responsible Governance (AGER), delivered a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities related to ensuring a balance between transparency and efficiency in sectoral procurement.
The event was held in partnership with the Ministry of Finance and is part of the initiative “Supporting Public Procurement Reform in Moldova in the Context of EU Accession,” implemented by IDIS “Viitorul” with the support of the European Union.
FIA Moldova was represented at the meeting by experts from its member companies responsible for public procurement, who contributed to the discussions and shared their perspectives on the implementation of the draft law.
