📌 The meeting of the National Platform for Public Procurement (PNAP) was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance, within the project “Supporting the Public Procurement Reform in Moldova in the Context of EU Accession”, implemented by IDIS “Viitorul” with the support of the European Union.
During the meeting, platform members – representatives of public authorities and the business community – discussed:
1️⃣ The implementation of the new electronic forms (eForms) introduced by Government Decision No. 610/2025, aimed at standardizing and digitalizing the publication of procurement notices, ensuring compatibility with the European TED platform, and increasing transparency and SMEs’ access to public procurement.
2️⃣ Joint procurements, including their challenges and advantages. Although the legal framework allows such procedures, many authorities continue to conduct procurements individually, without leveraging the benefits of collaboration.
🎯 The mission of PNAP is to contribute to a more efficient, transparent, and integrity-based public procurement system by identifying and promoting practical solutions to decision-makers.
