The meeting of the National Dispute Resolution Council (CNSD) was held under the auspices of the State Chancellery, bringing together representatives of public authorities and the business community.
The agenda of the meeting included the following topics:
- presentation of the Report on state control activities for 2025, as well as the aggregated annual report in this field;
- review of new draft normative acts related to state control;
- discussion of legislative discrepancies in the process of obtaining permits by service providers in the field of driver training.
FIA Moldova, as a member of the CNSD, was represented at the meeting by Inga Pascal, Project Manager.
