The Report on state control over entrepreneurial activity for 2024, as well as the draft Government Decision on the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the State Register of Controls Information System, were discussed at the meeting of the National Dispute Resolution Council, held under the auspices of the State Chancellery.
The report aimed to present the main normative and institutional developments recorded in the field of state control in the previous year, the results of the implementation of Law No. 131/2012 on state control and the related regulatory framework, as well as the results of the performance assessment of the activity of control bodies, etc.
At the same time, the members of the working group had the opportunity to express proposals on the draft Regulation on the organization and functioning of the State Register of Controls Information System for its improvement.
