The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) participated today in the meeting of the National Council for Dispute Resolution, a dialogue platform dedicated to improving the regulatory framework for state inspections and fostering a more predictable business environment.
During the meeting, participants discussed:
🔹 draft methodologies for conducting risk-based state inspections within the areas of competence of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices and the Cybersecurity Agency;
🔹 the progress of the State Inspection Development Programme for 2025–2028;
🔹 the implementation status of the State Register of Inspections, version 2.0.
FIA welcomes the authorities’ efforts to modernize and digitalize the state inspection system, as well as the introduction of a risk-based approach aimed at reducing the administrative burden on businesses while increasing the transparency and efficiency of inspection procedures.
The Association remains committed to actively contributing to the dialogue with public authorities and to promoting policies that strengthen a competitive, predictable, and investment-friendly business environment.
