The meeting of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Negotiations (NCCCN) was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, bringing together representatives of public authorities, the business community, and employees.
The agenda of the tripartite social dialogue platform included key topics of interest to both employers and employees, with a direct impact on the labour market and economic competitiveness:
– Amendments to the legal framework concerning the reform of the unified salary system in the public sector;
– The National Employment Programme for 2027–2030;
– The socio-economic impact of European integration and the transposition of the EU acquis on businesses, employment, and the competitiveness of the transport sector.
FIA Moldova was represented at the meeting by Ana Groza, Executive Director, contributing to the dialogue and consultations on policies affecting the business environment and employees.
Constructive dialogue between public authorities, employers, and employees remains essential for developing balanced, predictable public policies aimed at supporting sustainable economic and social development.
