The meeting of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Negotiations was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection š¤.
The meeting agenda included essential topics for the labour sector and the strengthening of social dialogue, such as:
š¹ Re-examination of the national minimum wage and its alignment with European standards.
š¹ Protection of trade union freedom.
š¹ Electronic Register of Employees ā The implementation of the SIA āElectronic Register of Employeesā for the real sector, as an important step in combating undeclared work, ensuring real-time record-keeping of individual employment contracts, and reducing the administrative burden through system interoperability. ā¼ļø This measure is reflected in the recommendations included in the FIA White Book 2025, Chapter āHuman Capital Market and Educationā.
