The meeting of the National Commission for Consultations and Collective Negotiations was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection 🤝.
The meeting agenda included essential topics for the labour sector and the strengthening of social dialogue, such as:
🔹 Re-examination of the national minimum wage and its alignment with European standards.
🔹 Protection of trade union freedom.
🔹 Electronic Register of Employees – The implementation of the SIA “Electronic Register of Employees” for the real sector, as an important step in combating undeclared work, ensuring real-time record-keeping of individual employment contracts, and reducing the administrative burden through system interoperability. ‼️ This measure is reflected in the recommendations included in the FIA White Book 2025, Chapter “Human Capital Market and Education”.
