🏛️ Today, under the auspices of the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization of the Republic of Moldova, a meeting of the Interinstitutional Working Group on the implementation of Law No. 282/2024 on the freedom of establishment of service providers and the freedom to provide services was held.
💻 The discussions focused on strengthening the coordination mechanism for the development of the Electronic Single Window and on the next steps for implementing the Roadmap for the application of Law No. 282/2024.
💬 The implementation of Law No. 282/2024 is a complex process involving the review and alignment of more than 100 pieces of legislation. The active involvement of the business community is essential to ensure that this reform contributes to creating a simpler, more predictable and efficient framework for service providers.
🤝 FIA Moldova, represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager, will continue to contribute to the dialogue with public authorities and to promoting reforms aimed at simplifying interaction between the business community and public administration, while strengthening the competitiveness of the economy.
