The meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (INST) was held, convened to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator active in a sector under the institution’s supervision.
The request concerned the economic operator’s disagreement with the findings recorded in the Inspection Report prepared following a scheduled inspection carried out by representatives of the Inspectorate.
During the meeting, the Council members reviewed both the documentation submitted by the company and the viewpoints presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team. The discussions were of a technical and legal nature, aiming to clarify the issues raised and identify a fair solution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
In exercising its responsibilities, the Council took into account the principles of transparency, impartiality, and legality, with the goal not only of resolving the specific dispute but also of maintaining a constructive dialogue between the institution and the business environment.
