Today, a regular session of the Dispute Resolution Council at the National Agency for Public Health (ANSP) was held to examine a preliminary appeal submitted by an economic operator concerning the marketing of a specific batch of wet wipes.
The appeal requested the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSP in its role as the competent regulatory authority. During the session, Council members carried out a thorough review of the submitted documentation and carefully assessed the explanations provided by representatives of the Inspectorate. The discussions involved detailed technical and legal analysis, aimed at clarifying the issues raised and identifying solutions consistent with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
The active participation of the business community in such proceedings is essential for ensuring that regulatory processes remain fair, transparent, and consistent, thereby reinforcing trust in public institutions.
