The digitalization of the relationship between consumers, businesses, and the state marks an important new step in the Republic of Moldova!
🤝 The meeting of the Consultative Council for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) was held within the framework of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization and the e-Governance Agency.
🆕 The meeting was dedicated to the presentation of the “Consumer Protection” Module, which is set to be launched in early August 2026 on the government platform edemocratie.gov.md. It will serve as an important digital tool for submitting and managing consumer complaints, facilitating interaction between citizens, businesses, and public authorities.
⚙️ During the event, the new functionalities of the platform were presented, along with the interaction mechanism between consumers and businesses, and the process through which companies will receive, review, and resolve complaints submitted through the platform.
👩‍💼 FIA Moldova was represented by Inga Pascal, Project Manager. The initiative will contribute to improving the interaction between the business community and consumers through a unified digital framework for complaint management, focused on transparency, reducing bureaucracy, and improving response times.
