On 25 June, a new Meeting of the Advisory Committee to the Customs Service was held.
According to the Agenda, the following topics are discussed:
✅Facilitating preferential exports and particularities in determining the originating status of goods;
✅Requesting and issuing the permissive act ,, Authorization of customs warehouse (administration and management of the warehouse) in accordance with the provisions of Law 160/2011 on the regulation by authorization of the entrepreneurial activity. Requirements and conditions stipulated in the legislation regarding the issuance of the permissive act through SIA GEAP.
✅Approval of amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Advisory Committee to the Customs Service and the Customs Office.
