On January 18, 2018 members of the Foreign Investors Association, together with other representatives of the business environment, participated at a meeting organized by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova. During the meeting were approached issues related to the amendments to the Internal Trade Law no. 231/2010, such as: commercial discounts offered by the providers, the provision referring to the 30% offered to a single supplier on the shelf, and other aspects.
