Launching Ceremony: Moldova Structural Reform Program

On January 30, 2018, FIA executive director participated at the Launching Ceremony of the Moldova Structural Reform Program, funded by USAID.

The aim of the program is to improve the business and trade enabling environment in Moldova by helping Government institutions and the private sector implement trade liberalization, adopt structural and business enabling reforms, and improve strategic communications between private and public actors.

The event was attended by H.E. James D. Petit, Ambassador, Mr. Chiril Gaburici, Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, but also by the representatives of business associations, public authorities, non-governmental organizations, etc.

Foreign Investors Association (FIA) is a non-profit and apolitical association from the Republic of Moldova, founded in September 2003 by the largest companies with foreign capital in the country, covering the whole range of industries — agriculture, automotive and petroleum industry, telecommunications and IT, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, winemaking, distribution, insurance, banking, consultancy and audit.
