FIA Community participated in the launch event of the National Program for granting allowances to young people entering the workforce for the first time in strategically important industries, held in the presence of Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
The program provides a monthly allowance of 3,000 lei for one year to young people who start their professional careers in fields essential to the economic development of the Republic of Moldova.
This initiative aims to support the integration of young people into the labor market, strengthen human capital, and stimulate the development of strategic economic sectors.
