Wednesday 01 July, 2026
Start: Tuesday 30 June, 2026 -

A competitive investment climate is built through continuous dialogue and strong cooperation between public authorities and the business community.

The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) participated in the quarterly business dialogue platform organized by the Investment Agency, bringing together representatives of the public and private sectors to discuss the latest developments shaping Moldova’s investment climate.

The discussions covered the 2026 Investor’s Guide, the 5.0 Study on the Impact of Foreign Direct Investment on the Economy of the Republic of Moldova, investment opportunities arising from the privatization of state-owned assets, as well as recent developments in the energy sector and new opportunities in renewable energy.

FIA was represented by Ludmila Andronic, Chair of the FIA Council, who shared the perspective of foreign investors on the importance of predictability, transparency, and an effective public-private dialogue as key prerequisites for attracting and retaining investment in the Republic of Moldova.

FIA welcomes the Investment Agency’s continued efforts to maintain this platform for dialogue and reaffirms its commitment to contributing to policies and initiatives that strengthen Moldova’s competitiveness and investment attractiveness.
