Yesterday, September 12, 2024, Mrs. Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Association of Foreign Investors in the Republic of Moldova (FIA) and member of the Board of Directors of the National Medical Insurance Company (CNAM), participated in the International Scientific-Practical Conference with the generic title “Mandatory healthcare insurance in the Republic of Moldova: two decades since implementation”.
The event was organized by CNAM, in partnership with the Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization, the World Bank, the European Union and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
The purpose of the conference was:
Analysis of the evolution and impact of the implementation of mandatory health care insurance in the Republic of Moldova during the 20 years period of time. Evaluation of the progress achieved, the challenges encountered in ensuring universal coverage and in facilitating the population’s access to essential medical services. Creating a platform for the exchange of experience between professionals, experts, specialists in the field of health and other sectors, representatives of authorities and international organizations, academic circles and the associative sector.#FIA Moldova # FIAmeetings
