Promoting a stronger culture of compliance with labour legislation and occupational safety and health (OSH) in the Republic of Moldova was the central theme of the workshop organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO), through the project “EU Support for a More Inclusive Labour Market in the Republic of Moldova”.
With the involvement of both international and local experts, representatives of FIA member companies explored the most effective methods for raising awareness, promoting, and enforcing compliance with labour laws and OSH standards 🛠️, drawing from best European practices as well as from the realities and priorities identified in the Republic of Moldova.
Last but not least, the event marked an important step in building a joint roadmap for future campaigns, with a focus on cooperation, prevention, and respect for workers’ rights in the workplace.
