HR Connect: Orange's Best Practices in Family-Friendly Policies - Orange KIDS Project

An exclusive event tailored for FIA Community: “HR Connect: Orange Moldova’s Best Practices in Family-Friendly Policies – Orange KIDS Project”.

Orange Moldova has created the first childcare space in the workplace, as part of a pilot project in partnership with the International Labour Organization Moldova and the National Confederation of Employers of Moldova Confederaţia Naţională a Patronatului din RM – CNPM.

The Orange Kids space meets the needs of employees, being a safe, friendly and childcare-friendly place. Thus, Orange employees will be able to focus on activities that require their presence in the office, while being close to their children.

At the beginning of the meeting, Olga Surugiu, CEO Orange Moldova, addressed an opening speech to the participants, who afterwards visited the newly renovated spaces, interacted with the employees dedicated to the implementation of this project, asked questions about the encountered challenges, but also about the first outcomes following the initial phase of the project piloting.
