The High-Level Roundtable dedicated to the World Day for Decent Work was organized under the auspices of the National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova (CNSM), in partnership with the EU–Moldova Civil Society Platform and the Danish Trade Union Development Agency (DTDA).
The event brought together representatives of the Government, social partners, international organizations (UN, ILO), trade unions, and the business community to discuss current challenges and necessary solutions for strengthening a fair labor market in the Republic of Moldova.
A special focus was placed on the transformations of the digital economy and working conditions for platform workers, a topic with a direct impact on the future of the labor market and social protection.
FIA Moldova, represented by Ana Groza, Executive Director, reaffirms the commitment of the foreign investment community to promoting decent work, social dialogue, and adaptation to new economic realities.
The event once again emphasized the importance of cooperation between trade unions, employers, and state institutions in supporting a sustainable, people-centered development model.
