PwC established its presence in Moldova in 1996. PwC Moldova provides a full range of Tax and Legal, Advisory and Assurance Services. The team comprises the largest tax, legal and advisory practice in Moldova and is well suited to solving the complex issues.The Moldovan Advisory and Tax practice, in cooperation with Romanian teams, provides a full range of consulting and deals services, including in such areas as Strategy, Finance & Accounting, Operations, People and Change, Technology, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Dispute Analysis and Investigations (Forensic), Business Recovery Services, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuation and Strategy.
