Today, the Foreign Investors Association (FIA) hosted a Business Breakfast with Mr. Andrian Gavriliță, Minister of Finance, bringing together FIA members for an open and constructive dialogue 🤝 on key fiscal and economic priorities.
The meeting opened with welcome remarks by Mr. Alphan Akpece, President of the FIA, and Mr. Andrian Gavriliță, followed by an interactive Q&A session moderated by Ms. Ana Groza, FIA CEO 💬.
Discussions focused on key priorities for the FIA’s business community, including the new fiscal policy, industry competitiveness and energy costs, local and sector-specific taxation, EU alignment of tax legislation, employee benefits, VAT policy, and the digitalization of interactions with the State Tax Service 💻.
FIA Moldova thanks Mr. Andrian Gavriliță for the open dialogue and constructive engagement, and reiterates its commitment to continued cooperation with the Ministry of Finance 🤝 in advancing reforms aligned with EU standards and the needs of the business community, as outlined during the meeting and in the FIA White Book 2025 📘, aimed at ensuring a predictable, transparent, and competitive fiscal framework that supports investment and sustainable economic growth 📈.
