Yesterday, the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova hosted a high-level event dedicated to the role of the Legislature in the EU accession process — a strategic milestone in advancing the country’s European trajectory.
🔹 The agenda brought together Members of Parliament, Government officials, representatives of EU institutions, diplomats, and experts who discussed Parliament–Government cooperation mechanisms, legislative transparency, and the importance of engaging the private sector in driving reforms.
🔹 Our members’ message is clear: foreign investors strongly support Moldova’s EU integration and stand ready to contribute to economic modernization, increased competitiveness, and the adoption of European standards.
🔹 The discussions also emphasized inter-parliamentary cooperation, the exchange of best practices with other candidate countries, and the crucial role of the European Parliament in supporting Moldova throughout the accession process.
