On November 19, 2024, Ana Groza, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association in Moldova (FIA), participated in the “Capital Without Borders” event 🌍, organized by the Investment Agency of Moldova, with the support of the “Strong Enterprises and Communities for Moldova” project, funded by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Government, and implemented by the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ Moldova).
The event brought together over 70 participants, including 40 companies from Moldova, government authorities, and leaders from the financial sector, aiming to support Moldovan companies in accessing the capital market through listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) 📈.
The event provided valuable information about the necessary steps for listing and its benefits, and participants had the opportunity to learn about government support and regulations that facilitate this process. The panels included experiences from companies listed on the BVB and NYSE, highlighting the advantages of access to capital and financial transparency 💼💡.
