On November 30, on the platform of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, with the participation of representatives of the Bureau of Migration and Asylum, a meeting was held on changing the regulatory framework for foreigners’ access to the labor market.
The draft law was voted in the first reading in the Parliament, and will be further consulted with the business environment and revised, in order to avoid double interpretations of the included norms and to avoid the violation of employees’ rights.
