Economic Council Meeting on boosting the digitalization process at the national level

During today’s meeting of the Economic Council under the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, a series of important and urgent legislative amendments were discussed in the context of the pandemic crisis, which refer to boosting the process of digitizing the national economy and developing e-commerce.

Among the discussed topics:

– amending the legislation on the registration of enterprises in electronic format, without the physical presence at any stage of the registration;

– obtaining the qualified advanced electronic signature by our compatriots from abroad, through embassies and /or consulates in their country of residence, etc.

FIA supports the discussed amendments, being a strong promoter of digitalization.
