The Dispute Resolution Council within the Environmental Protection Inspectorate convened a working meeting to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator in the HoReCa sector 🍽️.
The request was submitted in the context of the company’s disagreement with the findings included in the Inspection Report regarding the use of land in the possession of the economic operator 📄.
During the meeting, the Council members heard the representative of the economic operator 👤, analyzed the relevant case documentation 📚, and took note of the statements presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team.
The discussions focused both on technical ⚙️ and legal ⚖️ aspects of the case, aiming to clarify the situation and ensure a fair, transparent, and legally compliant resolution.
