On 20 April, the Foreign Investors Association, represented by the Executive Director Ana Groza, participated, as a member, in the meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council of the Customs Service.
The subject of the meeting referred to the examination of a company’s Preliminary Request challenging the Decision of regularization issued by the Customs Service.
