On November 13, the State Labour Inspectorate (ISM) convened a regular session of its Dispute Resolution Council to examine a preliminary appeal submitted by an economic agent. The appeal contested the findings of an ISM inspection carried out in its capacity as the national labor regulatory authority, specifically regarding the employer’s obligation to ensure adequate working conditions and to provide guaranteed remuneration to one of its employees in accordance with the employment contract.
These meetings play a crucial role in safeguarding transparency, fairness, and legal consistency in the application of regulatory measures. The constructive participation of the business community in such processes strengthens institutional trust and contributes to a more predictable and balanced regulatory environment.
FIA Moldova was represented at the meeting by Ana Groza, Executive Director.
