On June 16, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (INST) convened to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator active in the construction materials trading sector, which falls under the Inspectorate’s regulatory scope.
The request concerned the operator’s disagreement with the findings of an Inspection Report issued following a scheduled inspection carried out by the Inspectorate’s team.
During the session, Council members analyzed the supporting documentation alongside the explanations provided by representatives of the Inspectorate. Discussions focused on both procedural and substantive aspects of the case, with the aim of addressing the concerns raised and reaching a resolution that aligns with the applicable legal provisions.
