The first meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Public Health was held today with the newly approved members.
The agenda of the meeting focused on reviewing the preliminary requests submitted by four companies, which requested the declaration of the nullity of the results of the controls that had been carried out under the Public Health Center’s authority as the control body and its decision to refuse the issuance of the sanitary authorization for operation.
The collaboration between the private sector and public authorities is vital for strengthening the investment climate and fostering a transparent, fair, and predictable business environment.
