On July 2, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) convened its regular session to review preliminary requests submitted by an individual engaged in independent activity and a company. Both parties sought the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its capacity as the competent regulatory authority.
The meeting centered on a thorough examination of the legal and factual grounds underpinning the requests. Council members carefully evaluated whether the inspections and issuance of findings adhered to procedural fairness, regulatory standards, and due process requirements.
This session reflects ongoing efforts to uphold integrity and accountability within the regulatory framework governing food safety.
