On October 13, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council of the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) held another regular session to review a series of preliminary requests submitted by an economic operator seeking the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its role as the competent regulatory authority.
During the meeting, Council members conducted a thorough analysis of the legal and factual arguments presented in support of the requests. Particular attention was given to assessing whether the inspection process and subsequent findings adhered to the principles of procedural fairness, regulatory compliance, and due process.
This session reaffirms the Council’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the consistent application of state control regulations in the Republic of Moldova.
