The Dispute Resolution Council of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate convened a meeting with the newly appointed Director to examine a preliminary request submitted by a forestry enterprise concerning alleged illegal deforestation.
The request concerned the enterprise’s disagreement with the findings outlined in the Inspection Report. During the meeting, Council members reviewed the case documentation and considered the statements presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team.
Discussions focused on both technical and legal aspects of the case, aiming to clarify the issues raised and facilitate a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
