The Foreign Investors Association (FIA) participated in the regular meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council convened by the Customs Service.
The session focused on reviewing a preliminary request submitted by a private company contesting the findings outlined in an official record issued by the control authority. The Council analyzed the circumstances and supporting documentation in order to assess the validity of the claims and ensure compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
FIA was represented by Mrs. Ana Groza, Executive Director, reaffirming the Association’s commitment to promoting transparency, fairness, and constructive dialogue between the private sector and public institutions.
