The Dispute Resolution Council meeting within the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non–Food Products and Consumer Protection (ISSPNPC) was held, convened to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator operating within a sector overseen by the Inspectorate.
The request concerned the economic operator’s disagreement with the findings recorded in the Inspection Report, following an unexpected inspection conducted by ISSPNPC representatives.
During the session, the newly appointed Council members examined both the documentation provided by the economic operator and the positions presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team. The discussions were focused on technical and legal aspects, with the objective of clarifying the issues raised and determining a fair resolution in line with the applicable legal framework.
