The Dispute Resolution Council of the State Inspectorate for the Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection (ISSPNPC) held a session to review a preliminary request submitted by an economic operator active in the import and distribution of motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, tractors, chainsaws, and spare parts.
The request concerned the economic operator’s disagreement with the findings recorded in an Inspection Report following an unannounced inspection conducted by ISSPNPC representatives.
During the session, Council members reviewed the documentation submitted by the economic operator alongside the positions presented by the Inspectorate’s inspection team. The discussion focused on the relevant technical and legal aspects, with the aim of clarifying the issues raised and identifying a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
