A new meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council of the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (INST) was convened to examine a preliminary request submitted by an early childhood education institution.
The request concerned the institution’s disagreement with the findings of an Inspection Report, as well as the decision to suspend its activity due to non-conformities identified by inspectors.
During the meeting, Council members reviewed the submitted documentation and considered the explanations provided by representatives of the Inspectorate. The discussions included detailed technical and legal assessments aimed at clarifying the issues raised and identifying a fair and balanced solution in line with the applicable legal framework.
