Today, the first meeting of this year of the Dispute Resolution Council of the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (INST) was held to examine a preliminary request related to the construction sector.
The request concerned a disagreement with the conclusions of an Inspection Report issued following an unannounced inspection conducted by the Inspectorate’s team.
Council members reviewed the submitted documentation alongside the explanations provided by the Inspectorate’s inspection representatives. The meeting included detailed technical and legal discussions aimed at clarifying the issues raised and determining a fair resolution in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
