On May 6, 2025, the Dispute Resolution Council Meeting within of the National Inspectorate for Technical Supervision (INST) convened to examine a preliminary request from an economic operator working within a sector overseen by the institution.
The request related to the operator’s disagreement with the conclusions of an Inspection Report issued following an unannounced inspection conducted by the Inspectorate’s team.
Council members assessed the submitted documentation alongside the perspectives shared by the Inspectorate’s inspection representatives. The meeting involved detailed technical and legal discussions aimed at clarifying the raised concerns and determining a fair resolution in line with the current legal framework.
