Dispute Resolution Council Meeting within ANSA

Today, another regular meeting of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) took place.

The meeting agenda primarily focused on reviewing a preliminary request submitted by a company seeking the annulment of the results from a control conducted under ANSA’s authority as the regulatory body.

The collaboration between the private sector and public authorities plays a crucial role in creating a transparent, fair, and predictable business environment.
