Dispute Resolution Council Meeting within ANSA

Another ordinary session of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) was convened to deliberate on several preliminary requests submitted by a company seeking the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its role as the competent regulatory authority.

The session focused on assessing the legal and factual basis of the requests, as well as ensuring that due process and regulatory compliance were observed during the inspection and subsequent issuance of findings.

FIA Moldova was represented at the meeting by Ana Groza, Executive Director.
