An ordinary session of the Dispute Resolution Council within the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) was convened to deliberate on a preliminary request submitted by a company seeking the annulment of inspection findings issued by ANSA in its role as the competent regulatory authority.
The session focused on assessing the legal and factual basis of the request, as well as ensuring that due process and regulatory compliance were observed during the inspection and subsequent issuance of findings.
The active involvement of the business community in such councils plays a crucial role in ensuring that regulatory procedures are applied fairly, transparently, and consistently—thereby enhancing trust and confidence in the institutional framework.
