On May 5, 2025, the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA) held a regular meeting of its Dispute Resolution Council. The main focus of the session was to examine six preliminary appeals submitted by two companies, seeking the annulment of inspection results issued by ANSA in its role as the regulatory authority.
The meeting highlighted the ongoing importance of cooperation between the private sector and public institutions in building a transparent, equitable, and stable business climate. This collaboration helps ensure that regulatory procedures are enforced fairly and consistently, providing businesses with greater confidence in the system.
